dafont and 1001 Fonts: two sites that have many free fonts!
Krita: a free art program. It's served me well inbetween my Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint eras.
Medibang: Another free art program. I don't have as much experience with it, but it is nice to have multiple options for free art programs!
LibreOffice: Microsoft Office, but free!
MikuMikuDance: a fun, nostalgic 3D animation program featuring Vocaloid characters... though it isn't limited to just Vocaloid! There are many, many character models, motion data, and background resources for this program available online!
